Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness other reasons?

Unfortunately, according to our policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that illness does not qualify for a refund. We do not issue any Eventbrite credits for missed events.

What is the age policy for the event?

Our shows are designed to feel more like a rock concert than a traditional orchestra performance. They feature loud music, flashing lights and atmospheric effects that may not be suitable for younger children. For this reason, our recommended minimum age is 14+. That said, we don’t mind children younger than 14 attending, provided they are under the supervision and discretion of their parents/guardians. Please note, the show is not suitable for toddlers and infants.

Can I resell or gift my tickets to someone else?

If you find yourself unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer or gift your tickets to someone else, as we do not require attendees’ names for entry.

I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?

In many instances, guests who have been unable to locate their tickets have found that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at info@the-rock-orchestra.com

Can my tickets be transferred to another event?

If there is availability, ticket transfers are possible. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your original event at info@the-rock-orchestra.com for further assistance.

Please note we can only accommodate transfers within the Eventbrite platform. If you purchased tickets via the venue box office, ATG, Ticketmaster, AXS or other ticket providers, we will not be able to transfer your tickets. Please contact the relevant support team for this.

Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

We do not have a waiting list. However, you can check for resale tickets on Twickets, an official fan-to-fan ticket resale platform: https://partners.twickets.live/therockorchestra/

Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees?

If you are a wheelchair user, please book the Wheelchair/Accessible ticket directly through Eventbrite. This ticket already includes free entry for your carer.
For some events, wheelchair tickets are booked via the venue directly. Please check the event description for information.

If you are not a wheelchair user, but require personal assistance, please contact us at info@the-rock-orchestra.com and we will assist you further.

Will there be strobes used during the live show?

Yes, our live show may feature strobe lighting effects. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or have a medical condition such as epilepsy, please take necessary precautions.

Is the venue accessible?

Our events take in incredible venues across the globe. Please check the venue’s website for specific information on accessibility.

I purchased an Accessible ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer?

The Accessible ticket already includes free entry for a Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people.

Is this event safe for someone with epilepsy?

Some strobe lighting is used throughout the event. Please keep this in mind while booking your tickets.

Is there a dress code?

There is no strict dress code for the event. Rock n’ Roll attire is welcome. If you are looking for inspiration, we stock Rock Orchestra branded T-shirts and hoodies from our Merch stand at the event.

Can I request or dedicate a song or shoutout, or even propose at your show?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests of this nature. Due to the high volume of similar inquiries and the intricately choreographed nature of our show, it would be challenging to make adjustments without impacting your overall experience.
