Accessibility Statement

At The Rock Orchestra, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for all customers. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the power of live music – no matter their access needs.

We work closely with each venue on our tour to ensure that our shows are accessible and we encourage you to check the venue’s own accessibility page for specific details, including:

  • Wheelchair access and accessible seating
  • Assistance for d/Deaf or hard-of-hearing audience members (e.g., induction loops, captioning, or BSL interpretation where available)
  • Facilities for blind or partially sighted guests
  • Accessible toilets
  • Assistance dog accommodation
  • Early entry or priority queuing where needed
  • Free personal assistant/companion ticket policies (usually available with proof of eligibility on all of our tickets)

If you have access requirements, please contact the venue directly to make arrangements, or if you’d prefer to speak with our team, reach out via info@the-rock-orchestra.com.

We’re continually working to improve accessibility on our tours and welcome any feedback to help us do better.
